A three-story building with multiple meeting hubs and break areas centered around a living room-styled atrium with a variety of lounge furniture, study booths, and a fireplace. The learning spaces feature flexible teaching labs, a drone flying area, a robotics lab, a wind tunnel, and a 3D printing lab.

The interior finishes include terrazzo with carpet tile and sheet rubber. The architecture of the building is based on the local vernacular of covered bridges and mill buildings, all of which inspired the interior's color palette including richly textured fabrics in deep plum, pumpkin, and ginger.
